Leather Interior - February 2004

The middle of February saw the return of Leather to the interior of the Astra, The previous leather in Black and Cream just didn't look right against the white bodywork of the car, I decided to sell the original Leather interior to a guy with a Blue Astra GSi and started again from scratch with my interior, this time though I used Genuine GSi front seats and CDi rear seats, The difference is that the CDi rears have head rests fitted as standard and also have the middle fold down arm rest and ski hatch opening into the boot of the car. The CDi was a 5 door but as the seats are identical this caused no problems at all.

I decided that Black and white was the best colour to go for and this time I went a little further by having the gear lever gaiter, handbrake gaiter and rear parcel shelf coated as well.

I am really happy with this colour scheme and think it really suits the car.
